LTHS2

The LTHS2  is a 2-axis stage with a motion range of up to 75µm along X and Y. Because of its very low profile (20mm), this nanopositioner is easy to integrate into inverted microscope, most of the time together with a coarse positioning stage (See our Hybrid System).

This nanopositioner is part of our high-speed product line (High power controller available). When used with the high Power controller, high speed scans and step response time smaller than 2ms are possible. If a low thickness is not required, the LFHS2 can be an interesting alternative solution.
